The voucher is valid in the specified country only. North America vouchers are valid in US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
One voucher is good for one exam only. |

Each voucher may be applied towards a specified exam at a specified vendor's
testing center. The voucher is NOT interchangeable between different exam titles or different vendors.
For example, the Prometric A+ voucher can only be redeemed at the Prometric testing center for
the A+ exam, and so forth. |

| 3. |
You must register and take your exam
by the expiration date of each exam voucher. The exam voucher expiration date cannot be extended. Don't register for your exams until you get exam vouchers

We will email you the "Voucher On-line Login Link", "Study
Materials Download Link", and/or "License Key for Exam Success Pro Practice Exam" (see Three Steps for

Effective July 9, 2012, CompTIA exams will be delivered exclusively with Pearson VUE
and will no longer be available at Prometric testing centers at that time.
July 8, 2012 would be the last day to register and take an exam at a Prometric Test Center.
All unused Prometric vouchers that have not expired will be valid in the Pearson VUE system and you must schedule your exam with Pearson VUE.
What if I already have a CompTIA exam scheduled with Prometric?
If you have a test scheduled to take place on or before July 8, 2012, then no action is required. If you have an
exam scheduled with Prometric after the cut-over date of July 9, 2012, the vouchers will be valid in the Pearson
VUE system after July 9, 2012, and you must schedule your exam with Pearson VUE.
Will I be able to use Prometric vouchers that I have already bought?
Prometric vouchers for CompTIA exams may be used to schedule an exam with Prometric through July 8,
2012. From July 9, 2012, unused Prometric vouchers that have not expired will be valid in the Pearson VUE
system and you must schedule your exam with Pearson VUE.
Will I still be able to purchase Prometric vouchers from you?
Yes. You may purchase Prometric A+ and Linux+ exam vouchers from our web site while supplies last. If you prefer
to test with Prometric, you must do so on or before July 8, 2012. From July 9, 2012, unused
Prometric vouchers that have not expired will be valid in the Pearson VUE
system and you must schedule your exam with Pearson VUE.
