| Microsoft Exam Prometric Second Shot Voucher |
|
With Microsoft exam Prometric Second Shot voucher, the candidate can receive a free second attempt on the failed
exam. Redeem the Second Shot voucher and take the exam before 2008/06/30, you will
receive a free Second Shot at the same exam if you do not pass on your first try.
The Microsoft Second Shot voucher has an expiration date of 2008/06/30. In order
to test twice using a Microsoft Second Shot voucher, candidates must take their
first and second exams on or before 2008/06/30. After 2008/06/30, all unused first
attempt Second Shot vouchers will be converted to single use 100% off vouchers
with the expiration date extended to 2009/06/30. The conversion will only apply
to Second Shot vouchers that have not been redeemed for a first exam.
There is no limit per person. One free retake for one paid exam that you take and fail.

- How do I register for the first exam?
You can register and schedule your first exam with the Microsoft exam voucher purchased from us
through Prometric's web site on-line or by phone (See Registration Info). You
must have the voucher number available prior to registering.
- How do I get my free Second Shot if I fail on the first try?
If you fail the exam on the fist try, you can register for
your free retake exam through Prometric's web site on-line or by phone. Simply use the same voucher
number to register for your free retake exam. You must wait at least one day before registering for your
second shot exam. When registering, please have your voucher number available.
- Does the Second Shot offer apply to beta exams?
No. Beta exams may be taken only once and they are not eligible for this Second Shot offer.
- What is the timeframe in which I must take my first exam and
then retake the same exam that I fail on the first try?
You must take the first exam before 2008/06/30. If
you fail, you can retake the same exam at no additional charge on or before 2008/06/30. The free second shot offer will expire after 2008/06/30.
- If I don't pass an exam, can I retake it any time?
All retake timeframes are subject to compliance with Program Retake Rules, which state: If you do not pass an
exam the first time, you may retake it at any time. If you do not achieve a
passing score a second time, you must wait at least 14 days to retake the exam a
third time. A 14-day waiting period will be imposed for all subsequent exam
retakes. If you have passed an exam, you cannot take it again. Beta exams may be
taken only once.
